Representative Office
The Representative Office is the extension of an overseas company in Hong Kong. It is permitted to promote and liaise activities but it cannot develop business such as invoicing or signing contracts.

Registered Office

Any Hong Kong Private Limited Company must have a registered office address in Hong Kong, either virtual or physical. The French Chamber’s premises, a prestigious address in the heart of Hong Kong’s Central business district, can host your company.
