The Event Committee has been reallising since 1999 various events, showing to the Hong Kong Business Community our dynamism, creativity and hospitality. The Gala is every year a new challenge for the Chamber for which the efforts and support of our members have always transformed a night into a moment of magic. The French Gala dinner is not simply another Gala dinner, our aim is to remind ourselves that this event is the window of the French cultural and business activity.

This FYP Committee aims at creating personal and professional interactions within our member's community to make the best of their experience in Hong Kong. The FYP through its network provides valuable tips for new comers in Hong Kong such as the key changes in Hong Kong recruitment market, how to obtain an employment visa or how to negotiate a rental agreement.

The Publications Committee is supervising the production of the annual directory and other seasonal publications and brochures, such as Hong Kong Echo, a highly attractive quarterly publication, which features business-oriented articles on a wide range of topics.

The Retail & Distribution committee mainly deals with all matters of interest to retailers and distributors in Hong Kong, from property market and real estate developments, to protection of intellectual property rights and counterfeiting.

The Small & Medium Enterprises committee is the place for SMEs to meet and network. We organise "tailor made" seminars and training sessions, specifically targeted to members' needs. Our "New Manager" training program offers SMEs a chance for personal development of management skills, a service currently available in corporations only.

Sustainable Development Committee

The Environment Committee has continued its key roles to provide a source of information on environmental issues affecting Hong Kong. The Tax and Legal Committee gathers principally professionals with tax, legal and financial background and expertise.
