The French Chamber is governed by fourty Councillors and an Executive Committee, which assumes the day-to-day management in co-operation with the permanent staff.

Once a year, at the Annual General Meeting, voting members will elect 40 councillors. They will then elect the President who will later constitute the Executive Committee.
