Following the success of his first book in 2014, Erwan will release another hard-hitting work Future Luxe: What's Ahead for the Business of Luxury on the fundamental changes and new trends in the realms of luxury, travel, health, leisure sectors.

With conclusions drawn from his interviews with several CEOs from the largest groups and brands, including Kering, Cartier, Puma, and Moncler, as well as his own observations from over two decades in luxury, Erwan will give a preview of his new vital read for the retail industry, providing an in-depth and futuristic point of view about where are the luxury markets heading in the next 10 years - the keys to long-term success.

Erwan Rambourg has been a top-ranked analyst covering the luxury and sporting goods sectors for fifteen years. After eight years as a Marketing Manager in the luxury industry, notably for LVMH and Richemont, he is now a Managing Director and Global Head of Consumer & Retail Equity Research at HSBC.

He regularly contributes to the Wall Street Journal, the Financial Times, CNBC and Bloomberg, and has guest lectured at top universities in the US, Europe and Asia. He is the author of The Bling Dynasty: Why The Reign of Chinese Luxury Shoppers Has Only Just Begun (Sept 2014) and Future Luxe: What’s Ahead for the Business of Luxury (Sept 2020). After six years in Asia, Rambourg now lives in New York City with his wife and three children.

Damien Vernet has been the President - Asia for the LVMH Fashion Group since mid-2015.

He has worked for more than two decades in the LVMH Group, joining in Singapore in 1994 in the Perfumes and Cosmetics division, where he held a number of marketing and commercial responsibilities across Asia-Pacific. From 1999 until 2005, he was Regional Director – Western Hemisphere for Christian Dior Parfums, looking after the travel retail markets in the Americas for the brand.

Damien subsequently became General Manager for Louis Vuitton in the Middle-East and India and later appointed General Manager of Louis Vuitton in Hong Kong, with the mission of implementing the new strategic vision for Louis Vuitton in the market, in terms of retail, operations, client focus, product positioning and communication.

Damien is a graduate of the French business school HEC, and completed exchange programs with the MBA programs of the Columbia Business School in New York and the Università Luigi Bocconi in Milan. He lives in Hong Kong with his wife and 3 young boys.
