Mission
For our client, a multinational company specialized in baby products, we are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
DIGITAL
- MOBILE APP - You will be responsible for this new project
o Participate in the entire development life cycle of the app - add up-to-date content
o Coordinate with functional areas on launch and deployment tasks
o Optimize functions and products' referencing
o Provide ongoing support for users
- SOCIAL MEDIA - You will be responsible for the day to day social media activities
o Assist our Communication & Marketing Manager in our social media strategy on FB and IG
o Develop concepts, graphics, copy-writing and layouts for basic marketing campaigns
o Maintain daily social media: posting, updating and responding to consumer requests
o Monitor competitor social media, websites and email newsletters and keep best practice on file
o Identify and build a relationship with KOL to create / co-create content
o SEO and Ads Optimization
- ASIA WEB PAGE & CUSTOMER WEB PAGE
o Maintain and update the company’s websites to ensure that all content is fresh, relevant and engaging
o Ensure our customers Website content are accurate and qualitative, send all updates and guidelines
o Track and report on website analytics
o SEO, SEM
o EDM, CRM
OFFLINE MARKETING
- Attend and assist trade fairs and events in partnership with customers
- Assist our Marketing Manager in finding partnerships with forums, bloggers, events
- Store check and merchandising
- Help maintain a press list to send to PR
- Support press release mailing in HK press
- Check English and Chinese content
- Any ad-hoc projects as required
Profile
- 2 years’ experience
- University graduate in digital marketing, digital media, information system, e-commerce management or related disciplines
- Proven knowledge, experience and interest within B2C social media campaigns, communication and brand marketing
- Proficient in the use of mobile application and Microsoft Office package
- Knowledge in Google Adwords and Google Analytics is a must
- Experience in search engine marketing and account management is preferable
- Good knowledge or experience in HTML and SEO is an advantage
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passionate about digital and innovation
- Independent, creative, detail-minded, self motivated, result-oriented and proactive coworker
- Organised, good planning and time management abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication in Chinese and English
