Mission
For our client, international actor in the Wines & Spirits industry, we are currently looking for a Private Client Manager.
Reporting to the Senior Manager Corporate & Private Clients, you will plan and implement business strategies in order to increase existing business and capture new opportunities through nurturing key relationships and extending personalized service.
The role requires the candidate to be able to represent the brands to consumers through Ambassadorial duties, event hosting and personal introduction.
Responsibilities
- To develop and execute a sales strategy specific to UHNWI and VIP engagement in order to achieve the business growth
- To identify new sales opportunities for new business development and recommend actions for brand initiatives
- To build strong customer relationships with premium partners for new recruitment of UHNWI and private clients
- Achieve budgeted sales turnover, profitability ratios, brand awareness KPI’s and other brand’s health indicators.
- To propose brand solutions in line with pricing, visibility and resource parameters
- Be able to represent the portfolio of brands through event hosting and personal introduction, delivering a credible and confident brand message
Profile
- College/University graduate or equivalent
- At least 5 years sales / client management in Wines & Spirits / Hospitality / F&B
- Knowledge with wines & spirits is a must
- Strong commercial sense and entrepreneurial spirit: able to seize and exploit commercial opportunities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player with ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team; networking, influencing, and communication skills
- Good planning, implementation, presentation and negotiation skills
- Creative and lateral thinking, self-starter and independent
- Fluent in English, Cantonese (an advantage) & Putonghua (an advantage)
- Highly motivated, energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented
- Outgoing, comfortable in bar/nightclub drinking environment
- Has an appreciation for quality, luxury and brands
- Customer focused and result oriented
