A Grand Cheese Extravaganza at Grand Hyatt

Grand Hyatt is delighted to share an exceptional French-inspired evening at Tiffin this May, an one-night cheese dinner, A Grand Cheese Extravaganza, taking place on Monday, 25th May 2026, from 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM at Tiffin, Mezzanine Floor, Grand Hyatt Hong Kong.

 

The evening will feature one of the longest cheeseboards in Asia, with over 100 kinds of cheese from Les Frères Marchand, alongside a dinner buffet and the Bordeaux Right Bank Journey – Unlimited Tasting Experience, featuring a selection of Bordeaux wines by the glass served from impressive Imperial 6L bottles.

 

Menu highlights include a seafood counter with tiger prawns, snow crab legs, green shell mussels and sea whelks; French-inspired cold cuts and salads; hot dishes such as Quiche Lorraine, Beef Wellington, Provençal rack of lamb; and a dedicated dessert selection including baked cheesecake, tiramisu, macarons and gelato.
