The Executive Centre (TEC) welcomed CNN in their HQ for an interview with Paul Salnikow, Founder, on the rising demand for flexible workspaces, the future of office, and why the Asian market is leading the worldwide shift to reshape the way people work.

Paul Salnikow noted that TEC saw a surge of companies in China using flexible workspace as a hedge since 2Q2020, as all 51 centres in the country have a occupancy rate of over 90%. The global, North American, and European flexible workspace industries have a low single-digit growth rate in the past 25 years, whereas there is a high single-digit growth rate in Asia.
