  • Address the regulatory framework for data transfer, in security assessment, standard contract filing, and certification.
  • Explore the implications of the Standard Contract for the Greater Bay Area, including its background, eligibility, requirements, and procedures.
  • Define an optimal data strategy, including localization and IT set-up, data classification, and identifying important data.
