How to have a successful working from home leadership.

With the advancement of technology, the concept of working from home has become increasingly popular among many organisations, as it allows employees more flexibility to work from anywhere in the world.

Charlotte Lafitte, Managing Director, Banyan Workspace and Green Office Project, Pierre Malgorn, Country Manager, I-TRACING, Mark Tibbatts, Managing Director for Hong Kong & Taiwan, PageGroup, and Michael Tung, Head of Human Resources for Hong Kong & Taiwan, PageGroup, will discuss the challenges posed by working from home for both employers and employees.
