Enabling diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace

On 3 February 2021, we were very pleased to be joined by Jonathan Ly, Chief of Staff to the CEO and Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion of Richemont Asia Pacific, as he shared with us the group's journey to drive DEI among its especially culturally diverse workplace through education, application, and aspiration.

In this webinar supported by the Chamber's Diversity Committee, Jonathan also explained the activities and training programmes that Richemont has set up as well as its collaborations with NGOs and other brands to help build a bigger and more engaging DEI community in the luxury industry.
