GBA Series: Can the GBA become a talent hub?
Our GBA Series, can the GBA become a talent hub?
We hear from our keynote speaker Renée McGowan (President, AMEA Region, Mercer) about the macro landscape for talent in the GBA – from tax, regulation and government initiatives to the strategic vision for a talent hub.
and Moderator Jennifer Van Dale (Partner Head of Employment, Asia, Eversheds Sutherland) will then lead a panel discussion on key practical concerns such as the movement of staff, the role of international talent, and the skillsets needed for the GBA’s future.
Our speakers including, an expert panel comprised of Joanne Ho (COO, Fung Academy), Francois Suquet (Group Vice-President, Human Resources, Asia Pacific, STMicroelectronics), Veronique Lafon-Vinais (Executive Director, Career Development & Corporate Outreach, HKUST Business School).
From enhancing the movement and attraction of talent to building a robust skills ecosystem, the panel will take a closer look at how companies must prepare their human resources strategy and make the most of the opportunities the region offers.
This is an in-person event and we had a networking cocktail following the panel to meet and mingle with other professionals operating in the GBA.
