As the Head of Greater China, Ivan’s negotiation experience stretches from Beverly Hills to Gansu. To date, Ivan has worked with over 1,100 executives from large organizations spanning Fortune 500s, private, state-owned enterprises, and sovereign fund across the globe. With his negotiation support, these executives have reported a total of USD $220M+ of incremental value gained.

A typical engagement finds Ivan helping clients manage and resolve include internal alignment and communication issues, setting negotiation objectives, identifying commercial variables, mapping the application of negotiation tactics, and most importantly, developing insight into the negotiation counterparty’s needs and objectives.

When working with clients, Ivan’s approach focuses on guiding them towards a negotiation solution, rather than simply providing and answer, thereby creating life-long learnings rather than quick fixes.

Ivan holds a B.A.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from The University of British Columbia, and an MBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
