Ivo Spreeuwenberg leads a team responsible for long-term strategic planning with a focus on enabling Hong Kong’s energy transition. He is a Chartered Engineer and holds a master’s degree in Power Systems Engineering & Economics.
Ivo has worked in the energy industry for over 19 years across various engineering, commercial and regulatory roles. Much of this time was spent at National Grid, a gas and electricity network company based in the United Kingdom. He also has experience of developing energy policy and strategy in the north-eastern United States and Europe.
