Join this session to hear from Lucie Marceaux (General Manager, Camden) and George Henein (Head of Business Development, Integrated Management Systems) about digitalisation acceleration in the past year. By leveraging the current context, it is a great opportunity for brands to seize in order to transform to a more digital stage. During this session, Lucie and George will walk you through the whole process of digitalisation and the problems the brands may face, from the strategy making period to the implantation, as well as the final stage of measuring the success. They will also shed light on the digital ecosystem, the importance of creative content creation, as well as how to find the balance between online and offline business in the future.
