The pandemic has caused a drastic rethink of strategy for luxury brands worldwide. New virtual and interactive experiences, that no longer require going to the store, are driving the future of luxury with a host of new opportunities emerging for brands to engage their customers in more meaningful ways than ever before.

Hear from Alexia Ashworth, General Manager Hong Kong & Macau, LBB Asia, Aude Bousser, Managing Director & Founder, LBB Asia, Natalie Lee, General Manager APAC, YOOX NET-A-PORTER, in conversation with Damien Vernet, President of Fashion Group Asia, LVMH, in this wide-ranging panel discussion.

From a new focus on local consumers and the growth of brand ambassadors in stores to the boom in live streaming and NFTs at the forefront of luxury’s future, we’ll take a closer look at the trends shaping the new retail experience.
