Providing the right employee insurance package is an important part of any employer’s responsibilities - not just to meet expectations, but also to remain competitive in attracting and retaining talent. Yet navigating the range of available options can be complex and premiums are increasing while budgets are tight.
In this session, Amelie Dionne-Charest and Dee Cheung will present the different types of employee insurance plans available in Hong Kong, typical pricing structures, and what is commonly covered. The session will also include comparative data to help employers benchmark their current offerings against market standards.
Whether you’re reviewing your existing coverage or exploring new possibilities, this session will offer practical insights to support informed decision-making.
