Join us to hear Laurent Lenoir, Alexandre Viale-Berthelier and Edward Eremyan discuss the rise of immersive customer experience.

In August, Chanel staged an immersive Bleu de Chanel fragrance experience in Shanghai, transforming an invisible product into a multi-sensory journey.
In September, Hermès stepped onto the stage in Milan with a poetic and ironic theater performance showcasing the house and its iconic objects.

What do these two events tell us?

That today, selling products or services alone is no longer enough. To stay competitive, brands need to go further by shaping their customer experience: creating unforgettable, multi-sensory encounters that leave a lasting impression.

This session will explore the rise of immersive experiences, decoding current and emerging trends, and discussing key perspectives brought by our speakers:

  • Laurent Lenoir, Lacoste – sharing how a global fashion house integrates digital innovation to strengthen its brand experience across APAC.

  • Alexandre Viale Berthelier, Atelier YVF – showcasing how creative studios use design and storytelling to craft impactful, immersive moments.

  • Edward Eremyan, Teleport – highlighting the role of cutting-edge virtual technologies in transforming customer engagement.

👉 Don’t miss this first session of the new season !
