Laurent Lenoir has built his career at the crossroads of e-commerce, digital transformation, and business development across Asia. At Lacoste, he led e-commerce strategy and P&L management for APAC markets from Hong Kong. Previously, he served as Digital Director APAC at L’Oréal in Shanghai, overseeing digital strategy, customer engagement, and social commerce. He also worked with Sia Partners in China on innovation and digital transformation projects.
He holds a master’s degree in management from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management and studied Cross-Cultural Management in Asia at Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management.
