This session will cover the financial side of the European Union Green Deal and insights from speakers at the EU Delegation to China.

Supported by the French Chamber and hosted by the European Chamber, the second part of the EU Green Deal webinar series will dig down into the different aspects of the EU Green Deal.

This session will cover the financial side of the Green Deal, followed by a moderated Q&A session open to your questions. Guest speaker Giovanni Garcea, Head of Economic and Financial Section at the EU Delegation to China will walk you through the proposed financial instruments and mechanisms which will help to enable the European Union’s planned Green Deal.

Ionut Raduletu, Counselor in the Economic and Financial Section of the EU Delegation to China will present the latest developments related to the EU sustainable finance work.

This session will be opened by Ching Yng Choi, Chair of the Financial Services Business Council (FSBC) at EuroCham, and will be moderated by Alexander Mastrovito, Vice-chair of EuroCham Environment and Energy Business Council (EEBC) at EuroCham.

* For in-person events, no-show penalty of HK$200 will be charged for members and non-members, unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.

* Our events are closed to the media. Special coverage of Chamber events may be permitted on a case-by-case basis and only if prior permission has been sought.
* If Typhoon 8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted, all events will be cancelled.

For paid events for both members and non members:
