The experience of a Gala Dinner is shaped by countless details - from the venue and hospitality to the culinary creations, exceptional products and dedicated partners who come together to bring an unforgettable evening to life.

On 5 June, more than 560 guests stepped through the doors of the Regent Hong Kong and ascended the hotel's iconic white staircase, setting the stage for an unforgettable celebration of the French Chamber's 40th Anniversary.

The evening opened with a cocktail where members of the French, Hong Kong and international business communities reconnected, exchanged ideas and forged new relationships. 

Guests were welcomed with 𝑮.𝑯. 𝑴𝒖𝒎𝒎 𝑪𝒐𝒓𝒅𝒐𝒏 𝑹𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒆 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒎𝒑𝒂𝒈𝒏𝒆 by Pernod Ricard and invited to discover the distinctive flavours of 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑪𝒉𝒖𝒂𝒏, China's first fine malt whisky, while enjoying the elegant surroundings of our exceptional venue partner, the Regent Hong Kong.

As the ballroom doors opened, anticipation filled the room. Guided throughout the evening by our Master of Ceremonies, Xaviera Yau, guests took their seats for a remarkable dining experience curated by Chef julien TONGOURIAN, Executive Chef, L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon Hong Kong.

Each course was thoughtfully paired with French wines selected by Crédit Agricole CIB, while Icelandic Glacial accompanied the dinner with its premium natural spring water.

Throughout the evening, inspiring speeches, meaningful conversations and captivating entertainment brought the spirit of 𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐅𝐘 to life, celebrating four decades of connection, collaboration and shared achievement. 

The excitement continued with a dynamic Live Auction led by Christie's, raising valuable funds for Make It Work HK by The French Chamber Foundation, the flagship programme of the French Chamber Foundation supporting Hong Kong's working poor. Together with the Silent Auction, the generosity of our guests and sponsors transformed celebration into meaningful social impact.

To end on a sweet note, guests enjoyed chocolates by La Maison du Chocolat and VALRHONA, alongside handcrafted macarons by L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon Hong Kong, elegantly adorned with the French Chamber's 40th Anniversary logo.

As the formal programme came to a close, the energy continued well into the night as guests gathered for the after-party, with 𝐃𝐉 𝐏𝐢𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚 keeping the dance floor and the atmosphere alive.
