Ar. Clarence LeungDirector, HKGBC ; Council Member and Chairperson, Committee on Environment and Sustainability, CIC.

Mr. Clarence LEUNG is Director of HKGBC, Council Member of CIC and Chairperson of Committee on Environment and Sustainability under CIC.  He possesses over 30 years of professional experience in real estate development and related fields in Hong Kong and mainland China.  

Mr. Leung has been a Director of the HKGBC and a Council Member of the Construction Industry Council (CIC) since 2022.  He is currently Chairperson of the Committee on Environment and Sustainability and Chairperson of the Management Committee on Technically Competent Persons Registration Scheme under CIC.  Mr. Leung is an appointed member of the Appeal Tribunal Panel under the Buildings Ordinance.  He is also a member of the Building Sub-committee, Real Estate Developers’ Association. 
Mr. Leung is a fellow member of the HKIA, an Authorized Person and a Registered Architect in Hong Kong. He is currently Deputy Chair of Paper 7, Professional Accreditation Panel of the HKIA. He graduated from the University of Hong Kong with B.A.(A.S.) and B.Arch Degrees.
