His skillsets cover the use of machine learning and analytics to drive commercial outcomes from complex data, strong business acumen regarding commercial levers and processes, and the people skills needed to build high performing teams and embed himself in the wider organization.

Currently the Head of Data & Analytics for HSBC PayMe, he has a particular passion for modern, highly commercial data strategies in financial services, and playing a thought leadership role in that area across an organization.
