Jimmy Chan is an Associate Director in Arup’s Advanced Digital Engineering team in Hong Kong, where he leads digital advisory and delivery for complex, multidisciplinary projects.

With over 25 years of industry experience, Jimmy has built a distinguished career in information and communications technology (ICT) and project management, delivering innovative solutions across aviation, manufacturing, commercial, logistics, industrial, financial, and hospitality sectors. His expertise spans ICT strategy and master planning, intelligent building systems, and Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) design.

As a Chartered IT professional with a strong foundation in communications and engineering, he brings a holistic understanding of the entire project lifecycle—from concept development to implementation and operation. This enables him to integrate technology seamlessly into built environments, ensuring resilience and future-readiness. Jimmy has played a key role in numerous landmark projects across the Asia-Pacific region, including the recently opened Kai Tak Sports Park, where his leadership in ICT and digital systems contributed to world-class infrastructure.
