Jonathan Ly, Chief of Staff to the CEO and Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (a.k.a “DEI”) at Richemont Asia Pacific, the Swiss luxury group owning Cartier, Chloe, Van Cleef & Arpels, Montblanc, Piaget, etc. 

Born in France, graduate of ESSEC Business School and Peking University MBA, Jonathan worked in consulting strategy and investment banking across Europe, specialized on retail and digital transformation before coming to Hong Kong in 2017 to work as Chief of Staff to the Regional CEO for Capgemini for three years and then joining Richemont Asia Pacific CEO around mid-2020 as Chief of Staff and leading key strategic projects like the integration of Buccellati in the region, the development of new markets and other partnerships and agreements in between Richemont functions and the Maisons. As head of DEI, he also drove several initiatives at APAC and market levels to ensure the employee journey and customer experience are improving day after day towards more inclusion and genuine diversity, working with charities, NGOs, subject-matter experts and academics.
