Kevin NGSenior Deputy General Manager, PM(2) Department, Henderson Land Development Co Ltd

An architect by profession, Kevin is an Authorized Person (under Buildings Ordinance) and has been handling green, healthy and smart building developments since mid 1990’s. He is a LEED AP, BEAM Pro & GBL Manager and his knowledge of different green building systems has helped him to orchestrate successful collaborations to come up with various cost-effective award-winning projects of Henderson Land (including Double Cove, 18 King Wah Road, H Queen’s, One Innovale and The Henderson & Art Garden recently completed) with concerted efforts by the respective Project Teams. Kevin considers that the role of Developers is important in formulating strategies and making decisions regarding commercially viable and user-appreciated green and smart features. Kevin is a Fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) and has been spearheading “The Henderson & Art Garden” throughout the whole development process from the very beginning of the land acquisition stage back in 2017. Furthermore, Kevin has developed specific interest in building façade technologies through the hands-on involvements in the previous successful projects, backing up the unique 3D-curved glass facade of The Henderson.
