Morgan Cousin is an entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in Hong Kong’s F&B sector. In 2009, he co‑founded M&C ASIA, developing it into a leading importer and distributor of premium, sustainably sourced seafood and meat for Michelin‑starred restaurants and leading hospitality venues in Hong Kong and Macau.

Morgan has also launched several other ventures in F&B. From 2016 to 2019, he co-founded Picada, a Latin American bar and restaurant concept. In 2019, he co‑founded Ask For Alonzo, a neighborhood Italian restaurant concept. More recently, he co-founded Bon‑Eat‑O, a digital grocery platform delivering quality products directly to consumers.

Prior to his entrepreneurial endeavours, Morgan worked in corporate banking at BBVA as well as at the Hong Kong French Trade Commission.
