Before fully committing to his coaching career, Samuel spent over 20 years in audit, consulting, and finance, including 14 years in Asia.

His international career has given him a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of diverse business environments, especially in Banking.

Samuel has led numerous leadership programs, including design thinking, co-development, mentoring, and training. He has also trained teams to boost their sales performance through practical, results-oriented workshops.

As a certified coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), he helps leaders navigate challenges and achieve their goals through tailored coaching programs.
