Stanley is a registered Architect with over 25 years of experience spanning design, development, and corporate management across Hong Kong and international markets. He currently serves as Director of the Project Management Office at the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park, where he oversees the development of the Hong Kong Park within the Hetao Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Co-operation Zone—a strategic focal point for establishing an international innovation and technology hub in the Greater Bay Area.

Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions with leading developers including Cheung Kong Holdings Limited, Country Garden Properties (Hong Kong) and (United Kingdom) Limited. His expertise encompasses land acquisition, design and development, construction management, asset and facility management.

A strong advocate for sustainable development, he holds the Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA) qualification and actively integrates environmental, social, and governance principles into building projects and property development initiatives. He is also at the forefront of construction innovation, championing the adoption of robotics technology to enhance safety and productivity on developments. He regularly contributes to the advancement of the building industry through guest lectures and professional seminars, sharing his insights with academic institutions and industry practitioners.
