Toni is a French entrepreneur and the founder of Paul Lafayet, one of Hong Kong’s most renowned French patisseries. Born in Lebanon and raised in France, Toni studied at the University of La Sorbonne and has successfully launched businesses across France, West Africa, and Asia before establishing his French dessert chain in Hong Kong in 2010. 

Today, Paul Lafayet operates 12 shops in prestigious Hong Kong malls, with its signature Crème Brûlée being a standout product—over 5 million servings sold, making it a beloved staple in many Hong Kong households. 

Toni and his family reside in Hong Kong. Beyond his entrepreneurial ventures, he is passionate about history, design, travel, and gastronomy, all of which are reflected in the unique identity and quality of the Paul Lafayet brand
