Veronica is a Hong Kong–based speaker, author and founder who left the corporate world to build her own portfolio career. After 15 years leading multicultural teams in APAC (Apple, Estée Lauder), she now works with global organizations as a speaker and corporate facilitator on leadership, communication and culture. She is also the founder of the Substack Bestseller, The Lemon Tree Mindset, a global community of creative entrepreneurs. 

Originally from Spain and fluent in six languages, she is the author of four books, including The Anti-Procrastinator (Penguin), and an IRONMAN triathlete and mother of two.
