Vivian YimSenior Manager (Environmental Sustainability) & Desk Officer (Europe Desk), Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB)

Vivian is a Senior Manager in the Environmental Sustainability Division and Desk Officer for Europe Desk at the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), where she develops and implements strategies to advance Singapore’s green economy, with a focus on industrial decarbonisation.

She currently leads initiatives under Singapore’s Research, Innovation and Enterprise 2030 (RIE2030) strategy to accelerate the development and commercialisation of low-carbon technologies. Her work involves developing national R&D programmes, driving industry partnerships, and working closely with government agencies, companies and research institutions to address Singapore’s industrial decarbonisation challenges.

Prior to joining EDB, Vivian worked in the private sector, gaining experience across engineering, business, human resources and marketing functions, including assignments in Singapore and France.

Vivian graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a background in Chemical Engineering.
