Tensions in Hong Kong have not subsided in the wake of the COVID-19 outbreak. With the implementation of the new national security legislation by Beijing, businesses must prepare for further unrest.

Steve Vickers will give a presentation providing a frank, impartial and unvarnished assessment of the current situation and the possible outcomes. He will also give practical advice to multinational corporates and other businesses based in Hong Kong as to appropriate measures to mitigate their risk and plan for business recovery.

Steve Vickers is the founder and CEO of Steve Vickers & Associates, a specialist risk mitigation, corporate intelligence and security consulting company. He has conducted numerous sensitive business intelligence assignments, crisis containment issues and other high risk issues facing international corporations. Prior to this, he commanded the Criminal Intelligence Bureau in the former Royal Hong Kong Police. He is a member of the International Institute of Security.
