Evening Talk: From Entrepreneur to Investor: Key Exit and Wealth management principles
Join to hear how to plan a successful business exit and turn liquidity events into lasting wealth and financial security.

Exiting a business can be one of the most significant wealth‑creation events in an entrepreneur’s life. Yet many business owners focus primarily on growing their company while overlooking the strategic preparation required, often years in advance, to maximise value at exit and preserve wealth thereafter. This event offers a comprehensive roadmap through the entrepreneur’s wealth journey, from exit planning to post‑transaction wealth management.
We begin by exploring the key drivers of business valuation, including how to structure operations, strengthen financial management, and position a company to attract buyers well ahead of a potential transaction. We then focus on financial due diligence, a critical phase of any exit, highlighting what buyers scrutinise most closely and the key risks entrepreneurs should anticipate. This segment concludes with an overview of executing the exit itself, covering timing, negotiations, and transaction structuring.
Finally, we turn to the core principles of effective wealth management after a liquidity event, how to preserve and grow capital, and how to structure wealth to support long‑term, sustainable financial security.
This event is designed for entrepreneurs who seek not only to achieve a successful exit, but to transform that success into lasting financial stability.
