Find out how gender diversity in the workforce of the financial services sector can bring positive impact on the performance.

In partnership with the European Chamber, we are delighted to present this webinar to discuss gender equality in the financial industry, giving both European and Hong Kong perspectives to the matter by looking at the gender pay gap, glass ceiling and unconscious bias that exist in the financial services sector.

Our speakers will offer their observations regarding the following questions:

  • How does gender diversity in the workforce of the financial services sector benefit both the employers and employees?
  • How does the sector address the issues of unconscious biases and gender pay gap?
  • Are there any driving forces from pre-career stage to nurture the next generation to more diversity in the industry?

Connection details will be sent to registrants one day prior to the webinar.
