The Food & Beverage Committee is a closed‑door forum dedicated to sharing insights on new trends, upcoming projects, and expert perspectives across the industry. Its members include representatives from restaurants, hotels, suppliers, distributors, and wine professionals.

Held monthly, the October session will explore the influence of F&B media on Hong Kong's dining scene, examining how media coverage shapes consumer perceptions, restaurant visibility, brand reputation, and customer engagement, while also impacting the city's broader gastronomic landscape.

* An online registration is a confirmed booking.
* Cancellation must be notified in writing to events(@)fccihk.com at least 3 working days prior to the event, otherwise no refund will be made.
* For in-person events, no-show penalty of HK$200 will be charged for members and non-members, unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.

* The Chamber reserves the right to cancel or postpone its events.
* Our events are closed to the media. Special coverage of Chamber events may be permitted on a case-by-case basis and only if prior permission has been sought.
