Explore how next‑gen AI agents drive efficiency, smarter decisions, and new revenue opportunities for your business.

In 2026, AI has moved far beyond simple chatbots. Today’s businesses are adopting AI agents that can understand customer needs, support employees, automate routine work, and help leaders make faster, better decisions.
At this cocktail event, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and SoftwareOne experts will show how Agentic AI and the Amazon Quick Suite can help your organisation improve customer experiences, reduce operational costs, and unlock new revenue opportunities—without requiring any technical background.
You’ll see how these new AI capabilities can:
- Handle repetitive tasks so your team can focus on higher‑value work
- Provide instant insights to support business decisions
- Improve customer journeys across digital and human touchpoints
- Increase efficiency across departments
We will also briefly touch on Amazon Connect, a cloud platform some organisations use to enhance customer interactions. While it is more relevant for businesses with service or support operations, it plays a helpful supporting role when paired with AI agents—making customer conversations more seamless for companies that need it.
