What is the Mentoring Programme ?
The Mentoring Programme is an exclusive professional initiative designed to empower emerging talents by connecting them with highly experienced leaders.
This programme goes beyond traditional networking; it nurtures the skills and potential of today's young professionals while preparing them to become the leaders of tomorrow. Similarly, mentors enrich their own professional experience by offering advice and learning from new generations and the future leaders. Through personalised guidance and shared knowledge, we create a cycle of growth, inspiring innovation and fostering a dynamic, cross-generational exchange within the Hong Kong business community.
