Join this hands-on workshop which will equip you with the tools to use happiness at work as a driver for your team.

While employee engagement was already a top priority, employee well-being/mental health has become a greater concern over the past 12 months for most organisations.  Intensive remote working has paved the way for new management models based on trust and autonomy and has requested a stronger focus on work-life harmony.

Join our trainer Beryl Bocquet, Founder of TGI Monday!, for this hands-on workshop which will equip you with the tools to use happiness at work as a driver for your team.

This is an opportunity for managers to embrace a new form of positive leadership by understanding its components and its emotional dimension. From creating positive relationships to making sure everyone feels their results are recognised, the workshop will deepen the emotional drivers of happiness at work based on the latest research in applied positive psychology. It will give managers an introduction to this new field of research with promising results for the company, its workforce, and its ecosystem.

Learning Outcomes: 

  • Understand the science of happiness (positive psychology) and the art of being happy at work
  • Learn to manage with positive emotions to engage your team members 
  • Understand the two main drivers for positive emotions at work: feeling good about results and creating positive relationships

THE TRAINER – Beryl Bocquet – TGI Monday!
Beryl Bocquet encompasses more 20 years of experience in management and communication roles at international level and has gained a strong expertise in both medium and large companies in France (Dassault Systemes) and in Hong Kong (Auditoire/TBWA). With the inception of Thank God It’s Monday! (TGI Monday!) in 2017, she works with any business who wants to grow by changing their mindset and behaviours to create a happier workplace. TGIM delivers keynotes, talks and programs that are designed to increase employee engagement and positively impact business performance by putting people first.

For events which are free for members:
* An online registration is a confirmed booking.
* Cancellation must be notified in writing to events(@)fccihk.com at least 3 working days prior to the event, otherwise no refund will be made.
* For in-person events, no-show penalty of HK$200 will be charged for members and non-members, unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
* By attending our events, you agree to be photographed and/or filmed and give permission to use your likeness in promotional and/or marketing materials.
* The Chamber reserves the right to cancel or postpone its events.
* Our events are closed to the media. Special coverage of Chamber events may be permitted on a case-by-case basis and only if prior permission has been sought.
* If Typhoon 8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted, all events will be cancelled.

For paid events for both members and non members:
* The booking will be confirmed exclusively upon completion of the online payment. CASH PAYMENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
