During this CFO Committee meeting, Dr Jianwei Xu, Senior Economist at Natixis, will discuss the macroeconomy of the Greater Bay Area.

The GBA has become a focus for many investors worldwide and is seen as a potentially massive growth area for industries such as manufacturing, real estate, finance, and tourism. Hong Kong plays a significant role in the overall economic performance of the GBA. What happens when one of the key actors in the macroeconomy of the region and the world is challenged? What are the responses of the local government to these obstacles?
