During this session, Michelle Lo, Head of Consumer, ConnectedGroup, will share an update on the latest recruitment challenges and emerging solutions within the sourcing industries. She will address current talent shortages, whether related to factory workers in Mainland China and Southeast Asia, and to the growing difficulty of attracting experienced and qualified professionals with skills in areas such as AI, sustainability and risk management.
