SIAL Guangzhou Returns In 2026
From 3–5 September 2026, SIAL in China South – Guangzhou returns to the Poly World Trade Center Expo (PWTC), bringing together the world's food and beverage industry for three energetic days of business, innovation, and global networking.
As part of the prestigious SIAL Network, the event remains the premier platform for food enterprises, importers, distributors, and buyers from over 50 countries and regions. Hosting 1,500+ exhibitors and 65,000+ professionals across 60,000 square metres of exhibition space, SIAL Guangzhou continues to shape the future of the global F&B landscape.
The 2026 edition introduces inspiring features and sectors:
- Six Highlight Villages – featuring agricultural products, foods, and beverages with various competitions and activities showcasing F&B innovation and trends.
- 15 F&B Categories – covering the full food and beverage value chain, including meat, dairy, agricultural products, beverages, sweets, snacks, groceries, preserves, frozen foods, ready meals, fruit and vegetables, condiments, aquatic products, organic products, and dietary products.
- Signature Events & Seminars – including the internationally recognized SIAL Innovation Awards, industry seminars, and comprehensive market trend analysis sessions.
- SIAL Match Me Professional Matchmaking Programme – providing business matchmaking and exclusive access to high-value suppliers and partners, strategically connecting Chinese and ASEAN buyers.

For events which are free for members:
* An online registration is a confirmed booking.
* Cancellation must be notified in writing to events(@)fccihk.com at least 3 working days prior to the event, otherwise no refund will be made.
* For in-person events, no-show penalty of HK$200 will be charged for members and non-members, unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
* By attending our events, you agree to be photographed and/or filmed and give permission to use your likeness in promotional and/or marketing materials.
* The Chamber reserves the right to cancel or postpone its events.
* Our events are closed to the media. Special coverage of Chamber events may be permitted on a case-by-case basis and only if prior permission has been sought.
* If Typhoon 8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted, all events will be cancelled.
For paid events for both members and non members:
* The booking will be confirmed exclusively upon completion of the online payment. CASH PAYMENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
* Cancellation must be notified in writing to events(@)fccihk.com at least 3 working days prior to the event, otherwise no refund will be made.
