Join us with Trip.com and Fabernovel to learn about Chinese travellers’ demographics, behaviors, and the outlook of opportunities for prestige brands.

Due to the impact of global pandemics, outbound travelling has been restricted for Chinese consumers, and travel retail has witnessed a booming development in Hainan and recently Macau. It is critical for prestige brands to understand the post-Covid shopping behaviors of affluent Chinese travellers as well as how to approach and engage with them, and identify the new growth opportunities with travel retail and beyond.

Through a Webinar, join us with Trip.com and Fabernovel to learn about Chinese travellers’ demographics and behaviors, and the two speakers’ outlook of opportunities for prestige brands.

  • Keypoint discussion
    • Key demographics of affluent outbound travelers
      • What are their travel patterns now
      • What’s new and has been changed since the pandemic
    • 2 alternatives for outbound travelling
      • Positioning of Hainan
      • Positioning of Macau
    • How can brands seize the opportunities to engage these people when travelling
    • Travel retail beyond sales: opportunities for brand building and acquisition
