Bansard International Group takes a stake in Cargo Line International

After a long collaboration between the two Groups, the acquisition of a stake in Cargo line International by Bansard International has been officially decided and enacted on 16 May 2019, upon common agreement. This is the result of several years of fruitful collaboration between the two companies. It is also Bansard International's first ever tangible link to the Australian market, a milestone in the Group's history.

Bansard International Group is thus presented with many commercial development opportunities to and from Australia, including full access to storage and distribution capacity in the following cities: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. Moreover, this operation will allow for further development of the Group’s e-commerce capability. Bansard International Group is convinced that this new opportunity will be a key development and success factor in the years to come.
