LPA Law Hong Kong advised VISEO group on its acquisition of Shanghai-based TekID, specialized in cybersecurity and digital risk management.
VISEO is a global leader in digital consulting, helping businesses drive digital transformation through customized consulting, technology solutions, and strategic guidance. With a presence in over 20 countries, the group employs 3,000 people.
Founded in 2018, TekID specializes in cybersecurity consulting and engineering, helping multinational corporations and mid-sized enterprises manage digital risks and safeguard their business operations.
This strategic acquisition strengthens VISEO’s presence in China and East Asia, complementing its existing operations in the Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Japan.
The LPA Law Hong Kong team, led by Nicolas Vanderchmitt (partner) and assisted by Camilla Venanzi (associate), supported VISEO throughout the acquisition process until its successful completion.
