Orbis sets up subsidiary in Singapore
Orbis is pleased to announce that Orbis Singapore is now operating as its own entity!
After collaborating several years with a local partner, a new step has been taken as we decided to establish our own subsidiary. This move allows us to offer the same range of services with a more aggressive pricing. Indeed, with its strategic location in South East Asia, its tax friendly policies and the ease of setting up a company, Singapore saw more than 65,000 incorporations in recent years. We at Orbis are convinced of the interest to be present in this market and want to further develop our customer portfolio but also satisfy the needs of our current customers interested in developing their business in Singapore. This establishment is in line with the recent development of Singapore. Even if it is still not considered as the twin sister of Hong Kong, Singapore has grown significantly in the last 5 years.

Joe Tan – Managing Partner (CA (S’pore), CPA (Australia) Asean (CPA), SIATP, MPA, BA(NUS)) is a registered Company Auditor with the Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore (ACRA).
He is a member of CPA Australia, the Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals and the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
He is also an Asean Chartered Professional Accountant. He holds a Master of Practising Accounting from Monash University. Joe has more than 18 years’ experience in providing accounting, audit and financial assistance to SMEs, MNCs, international firms as well as in the public sector.
