Meanwhile as a Member of the Permanent Forum of China Construction Law (PFCCL), Mr. Sun has drafted the Guidelines on Deciding Disputes arising out of Construction Survey and Design Contracts (Co-author, Law Press China, 2021) and the Guidelines on Deciding Disputes arising out of Construction Quality (Co-author, Law Press China, 2023).
