Dong joined the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) in November 2022, after having worked at King & Wood Mallesons for four years in its Beijing office and five years in its Hong Kong office.

Her work in private practice was mainly focused on international arbitration and related court work in a wide range of disputes relating to private equity, joint venture, trade, and construction.

Dong obtained her LL.B. from Dalian Maritime University and LL.M. from Boston University.

Dong is qualified in Hong Kong and in New York and is professionally proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, and speaks fluent Italian.
