Fuller YuFormer Chief of IT Operations and Cybersecurity, Hong Kong Hospital Authority and Vice President of Hong Kong Cybersecurity Professional Association

Fuller is strategic IT executive with more than 20 years of experience covering cybersecurity, technology risk management and digital transformation for global financial services, insurance and public healthcare service sectors. He held several IT leadership roles in large organisations including Chief of IT Operations and Cybersecurity of Hospital Authority Hong Kong, Director of Technology Risk Management of Credit Suisse, Head of Technology Risk Management and Cybersecurity of AIA Group, and Vice President of IT Risk Management of JPMorgan.

He serves as the Vice President of Hong Kong Cybersecurity Professional Association, ExCo of Cybersecurity Specialist Group of Hong Kong Computer Society. He is also the Member of the Departmental Advisory Committee for Computer Science Department of City University of Hong Kong, Member of IT Discipline Advisory Board of Vocational Training Council (VTC) and Member of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Committee of Hong Kong Physically Handicapped and Able-Bodied (PHAB) Association.

He graduated from the CityU with BSc (Hons) IT. He also received his MBA and Master in Information Systems Management from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Fuller is a Certified Information Security Professional (CISP 國家註冊信息安全專業人員), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
