Juliana ChuVice President, Digital & Ecommerce, Shiseido

Juliana joined the Shiseido team in May 2021 and brings more than a decade of leadership in the areas of ecommerce, customer experience, digital media planning as well as analytics. She is currently leading the digital & ecommerce practice in the Asia Pacific region in Shiseido, overseeing the region’s strategy and operations in ecommerce, CRM, digital marketing, media and CMI (Consumer & Market Intelligence).

Juliana is an active participant in industry forums on digital marketing and ecommerce related topics. She has also been in WFA (World Federation of Advertisers) Asia Pacific Advisory board since year 2020, providing thought leadership on contemporary topics relating to advertising. 

Juliana holds a Bachelor of Science (Biochemistry) degree from Imperial College London.
